Candidate for Northwest Director

Hello Northwest Folks! 

I am running again to be your director for the GSPCA.  I have really enjoyed my last two years as your director.  I have learned a lot from you and from the position. 

For those of you that are new to me, I have lived in California for most of my life.  I have been married for 37 years to my wife, Lynn Pettinato, who is also your Corresponding Secretary. We have two grown children, Joe and Amanda, and recently acquired a son in law, Phillip in August.  We are owned by 1 German Shorthaired Pointer, Libby, but have owned shorthairs for about 25 years now.  I was a director and President of our local club, and  am currently the Vice President of the German Shorthaired Pointer Club of Northern Sacramento Valley. I have been an AKC judge for hunt tests and field trials for 20 + years. 

In the last couple of years as your director, I have attended National Specialty Shows in Longview, Washington and Peoria, Illinois and served as delegate for my local club. I attended the National Field Trial in Eureka, Kansas and was a delegate for my local club to that as well.  I serve as liaison to the Judge’s Education committee with Maxine Moinier as well.

I would be proud to continue to serve the Northwest again for another two years.  Please consider me when you go to vote.
