Voting Online – Please read and follow the instructions carefully

  • Voting will be open from March 21st to April 21st
  • For technical issues or problems, please email secretary@gspca.org
  • The password associated with the voting WILL NOT change your membership password OR affect your membership in any way
  • If you have an internet connection issue during voting, when you go to log in again, you will either see that your vote went through, OR if it did not go through, you will be able to re-enter your vote
  • You will receive an email verification that your vote was received
  • The voting and instructions will also be on the website homepage 

STEP BY STEP Instructions:

• Click on the red “activate your account/set password” button
• Enter the email associated with your membership
• Click the “get new password” button
• Check your email
• In the email will be your member ID # – copy this because it is your login user name!
• Click on the link in the email that says “reset your password.”
• Choose your own password or accept the one offered (if you do this, please remember to copy it)
• Click “save password.”
• It will now confirm your password is reset, and you can click on the link to go back to the voting login
• In brown, you will see the login and password. Use your member ID # as your login, and the new password you just set to log in
• Once logged in, you will see your voting options based on your membership
• Vote and click the red ”submit” button
• You will see a screen refresh that says thank you after each vote
• You will get an email confirmation that your voting is complete
• If yours is a family membership, you will need to LOG OUT so the next family member can follow the same steps to vote again!
• For each vote, you will get a confirmation email
