Booth space is available Sunday, May 17, 2026, through Saturday, May 23, 2026. Only registered vendors are allowed to sell merchandise. All vendors MUST leave immediately following BOB on Saturday.

Note: Each vendor is required to bring their own display racks and tables.

• Sunday is available for setup after 12 p.m. noon (subject to change).
• $100 for 6 days (Monday – Saturday) without Electrical Service Per 10’ x 10’ space
• Configuration may vary. The Club cannot guarantee a space in the ballroom.
• There will be vendors in ballroom (first come (paid) basis). This also depends on the AKC requirements, and event protocols at the time of the event.
• There is a $25/day additional charge for electricity, payable to the hotel.
• No refunds for cancellations, unless the event is canceled, moved or the date is changed. Request for refund must be received within 10 days of change notification.
• A donation with a $50 retail value to the general raffle is required.
